Freezes the approved host-managed reasoner route and the measured/preregistered p95 latency profile. PR #70 (draft) carries the K3 route + latency contract.

Execution rebind — Alpaca MCP 2.3.1

Rebinds the frozen execution protocol from the broken 2.3.0 environment to the runnable PyPI 2.3.1 artifact, preserving exact provenance and tool schemas.

Policy V2 — direct-K3 compatibility

One canonical autonomous Strategy Policy V2 that makes the direct Moonshot K3 route truthfully compatible and defines the three approved opportunity lanes.
